How to read security pin code and add a smart key to a Cadillac SRX 2013 by using SKP1000 car key programmer via OBD.
Key information:
Original key: 5-button smart card
Frequency: 315MHz
Chip: ID46 chip
Pin Code: read by SKP1000
Device to program: SKP 1000 tablet key programmer
Procedure:
Step 1: Read PIN Code
Connect SKP1000 key programmer with vehicle via OBD
Turn ignition ON
Select Cadillac->SRX->Read Pin code->System 1
SKP-1000 read vehicle VIN then pin code
Step 2: Program Smart Key
Select 2010-2015 Smart key-> Smart key system
Choose OBDII Connector
Turn ignition OFF
Press YES
Current key number: 2
Choose Program Smart key entry
Please insert a new key into slot and take other keys out of car
SKP1000 auto key programmer require to enter 4-digit security code
Configuring system, please wait for 12 minutes
Then press on the Start button for once
Whether to program next key? Press YES
Put new key into slot, press YES to continue
Press on the START button for once
Program next key? Press YES
Press on the Start button for 12s
Keep pressing on the START button until ignition to ON position

Press on START button
Turn ignition OFF
Configuring system,please wait for 30s
All keys must be synchronized with the car
Press YES
Press Start Button and start engine
Press Start Button and then turn off engine
Follow SKP1000 prompt,
- Take key out of the slot
2. Press the LOCK button on the key
3. Press the UNLOCK button on the key
Sync more keys?
Press YES
Follow steps above to add next key
Insert next key into slot
Take away other keys
Press Start Button and start engine
